RETURN POLICY

Thank you for supporting Bossa & Bake. We take great care in preparing and packaging all of our small-batch products. Because food items are perishable, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Perishable Goods

All Bossa & Bake products are perishable and made in small batches. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have left our facility.

 

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an issue with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us understand what happened.

Once we review the issue, we will do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.
While we cannot control carrier delays, we will always help you investigate a lost package. Refunds or replacements for carrier issues are determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the nature of our small-batch production.
