Thank you for shopping with Bossa & Bake. All of our products are crafted in small batches and prepared with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Alberta only for a flat rate of CAD $14.95.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Total order weight
- Carrier rates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided directly by the carrier. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your selected shipping method).
Local Pickup (Edmonton)
Free local pickup is available at Cupcake Mama
(6861 170 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5T 4W5).
Pickup orders are not pre-stocked at the store.
Because all items are made in small batches, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to prepare your order and deliver it to Cupcake Mama.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.
Order Handling and Packaging
We package all orders thoughtfully to help protect your items during transit.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related interruptions
- Packages marked as "delivered" that cannot be located
If your package is missing or significantly delayed, we will assist you in requesting an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bossaandbake.com
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us assess the issue, we may request photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
After reviewing the issue, we will do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, we will help you initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Replacements or refunds for lost packages are determined on a case-by-case basis.
